Exhibit & Sponsor
Held 17-18 May 2017 at the Fairmont Royal York, Toronto, ON, Canada, IFMA Facility Fusion Canada will bring together facility topic experts, practitioners and solution providers for high-level education and dynamic professional networking.
Another exceptional event organized by the leading association for facility management, Facility Fusion creates value through a planned intimate setting. Attendance in the hundreds rather than thousands provides an environment conducive to networking. Exhibitors appreciate the ability to have more one-on-one conversations with attendees. The expo floor is integrated throughout the two day conference, with scheduled breaks, allowing exhibitors to attend the conference alongside the attendees.
Exhibiting, Sponsoring and Marketing
We have created new exhibiting levels (Platinum, Gold and Silver) this year that will provide you with options to maximize your presence with the delegates before, during and after the conference.
All Platinum, Gold and Silver exhibitors will receive a pre-event attendee broadcast email, a total of three conference/booth staff registrations, and placement of their company logo as a premier sponsor on both the website and show directory.
Facility Fusion Canada features 10’x10′ (3m x 3m) exhibit booth spaces integrated with the flow of the conference, providing the perfect environment to demonstrate products/services and showcase your company.

Non-Canadian Exhibitors: CBSA Letter
Facility Fusion Conference & Expo has been recognized by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) which will greatly simplify your conference material’s entrance into and out of Canada. To facilitate border procedures, all exhibitors and attendees print a copy of the letter to present to a CBSA Border Services Officer upon your arrival to Canada. If your event materials will be imported by a commercial carrier or courier service, attach a copy of this CBSA Letter to any shipping documents.
